Vice President, Compliance

Marie Palomino joins FullBloom, an education and behavioral health solution s provider for children and their families, as the company’s new Vice President of Compliance where she will lead the enterprise compliance program including compliance risk mitigation, performance, and auditing; compliance issue resolution; and compliance communication and training. Most recently, Ms. Palomino served as Vice President of Compliance and Legal Affairs for all Delphi Behavioral Health Group, a multi-state network of drug and alcohol addiction treatment facilities. She has previous experience as a compliance, legal and clinical leader in a variety of education and healthcare institutions. 

Ms. Palomino earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Science Degree in Counselor Education, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the College of Law. She is licensed by the Florida Bar and by the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
